Swiss Chicken Bake

Servings: 4

 

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

4 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

 

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Pat chicken dry and place in greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. Add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.

4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup Parmasan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Spread over chicken and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake for 1 hour.
